1、see侧重于看的结果。

see还指观看（比赛、电视节目、演出等）：
In the evening we went to see a movie.
晚上，我们去看了一场电影。
See有2个常用的结构：
see sb do sth看到某人做某事（看到全过程）
See sb doing sth看到某人正在做某事
2.look（不及物动词）强调的是看的动作，是为了关注/集中注意力某样事物才把目光移过去的。
If you look carefully you can see that the painting represents a human figure.
如果仔细看，就会看出画上是一个人形。
If you look carefully you can just see our house from here.
你要是仔细看，从这里就可以看见我们的房子。

look 表示“直视”及物动词，直接接直视的人或物：

3.当出现watch的这个词的时候说明看这个动作一般都会持续好一会儿，看的是动态的事物或者正在发生的事情（经常用watch来看电视、看节目）。指看、注视、观看、观察：
